I carefully chose associate wedding photographers who have extensive wedding photography experience, a similar style to my own, and who are fun and easy to work with on your wedding day.

  • 1. Book your Date + Plan your wedding

    You will work directly with Stephen to ensure we understand your vision and are prepared to provide a stress-free experience from booking through wedding day.

    From contract to planning details and photography timeline, you will have my studio’s full support at every step of the way.

  • 2. Meet Your Photographer

    A few weeks before your engagement session or 2 months before your wedding, you will connect with your photographer via phone or video call. This allows you to get to know each other before stepping into your wedding day, making for a smooth handoff.

    An engagement session is a great opportunity to get comfortable working directly with them in preparation for your wedding day.

  • 3. Have an Incredible Wedding Day!

    You’ve met your associate photographer and they are all caught up to speed on your needs and timeline. All that’s left is to enjoy your wedding day! They will give direction during family, bridal party, and couples photos. And quietly document during things like Ceremony, toasts, dances, etc.

    Stephen will handle the editing and delivery of your images after your wedding.

  • Yes. You will speak with them before your engagement photos, or 2 months before your wedding via phone or video call so you feel comfortable and ease with them and their approach to the wedding day

  • I only work with a small number or highly curated associates whose I train in my approach, and whose work I trust. Working with my associate team is a great way to get my style even if I’m already booked, or just a bit above your budget

  • While planning your wedding, you will work directly with Stephen. He will be available for questions, recommendations and guidance along the way, including your wedding day photography timeline.

  • All editing is handled by Stephen so you can rest assured the style of editing will be in line with what you see from Stephen’s work

  • Associate weddings start at $2,500. Most couples spend around $4,00 for an 8 hour wedding day with an associate wedding photographer and engagement session.
